In your own words, what is your role at Sixmo?

As a Structural Engineering Intern, I provide support for the other structural engineers with design and drafting while continuing to learn the skills needed to become a professional engineer and eventually a licensed structural engineer.

If you didn’t live here, where would you live instead?

I would be back in my hometown, Spokane, Washington.

What is the number one item on your bucket list?

Design and build my own house.

Why did you decide to join our team?

I decided to join Sixmo because I was looking to be part of a smaller engineering team where I would have a lot of exposure to a wide variety of projects and be challenged. I also wanted to be part of a company that was growing and made sure that the employee was involved in the future of the business, and Sixmo definitely offers that.

If you could switch places with one member of the team for one day, who would it be and why?

Any of the architect designers. I would love to see what it’s like to focus on the aesthetic and functionality side of designing a building.
