Principal | Director of Operations – I ensure company goals, initiatives, and polices are carried through to meet the fiduciary and regulatory obligations of the company.

What is the most unique thing about working here?

The transparency of our open-book management. It defines everything we do.

If you could switch places with one member of the team for one day, who would it be and why?

Anyone on the structural team. There are definitely days I miss the pride in seeing something I designed be built.

What is the weirdest/hardest job you’ve ever had?

Working roustabout for an oil and gas company.
