In your own words, what is your role at Sixmo?

I’m an architectural designer at Sixmo. I draft drawings and coordinate internally with our engineering departments and externally with our clients. I create a lot of the 3D digital models for our projects, as well as all of the rendering images.

What’s the most unique part about working here?

The diversity of project types is always a challenge, there is always something different to learn and work on. I never get bored because there’s always something new coming across my desk.

If you could switch places with one member of the team for one day, who would it be and why?

I’d switch places with Aaron, he plays a huge role in making sure this place runs as smoothly as possible everyday. I think it would be cool to see the company from his perspective.

If you didn’t live in Ohio City, where would you live?

Somewhere with no snow!

What is the weirdest/hardest job you’ve ever had?

I was a plotter manager during my study abroad in Florence (I wasn’t strong enough to lift the rolls of paper!)

What would you do first if you won the lottery?

Practical answer would be to pay off my student loans, but the fun answer would be to take an extended vacation in Europe.

What’s one thing we should know about you?

I love any chance to be creative, whether that be designing something at work or crafting something at home. I really enjoy the process of seeing something start from an abstract idea and turn into a tangible thing.
